Group Therapy in San Francisco
Groups forming at Eureka
Our groups are built around experiences that can be difficult to understand in isolation. Some focus on a shared life experience; others are more process-oriented and pay attention to what unfolds between members over time. Each group is intentionally formed so there is enough common ground to feel relevant — and enough difference for something new to happen.
Queer Kinship
An Intergenerational LGBTQ+ Group
For LGBTQ+ adults interested in belonging, chosen family, aging, relationships across generations, and the experience of finding — or not quite finding — your place in queer community.
Grief & Loss
Community Offering · Not Psychotherapy
A lightly facilitated space for people to speak, listen, and be in community around shared experiences. Less about advice or fixing, more about making room for what is present and hearing from others.
What happens between us matters.
Process-oriented groups pay attention to what happens between people in the room — how we reach for connection, hold back, accommodate, withdraw, misunderstand one another, repair, and try again. As familiar patterns begin to show up in real time, the group offers a chance to understand them with other people and practice something different.
Restorative Circles
A process-oriented group for adults living with grief. Members have room to speak openly, stay connected to what matters, and share the experience with others who understand how grief changes over time.
