Therapy for real life and relationships.
Our clinicians work with adults and relationships around anxiety, grief, loneliness, identity, and patterns that can make connection, rest, and belonging harder to reach.
Focus areas
Our Areas of Focus
Grief & Loss
For people who have often felt outside the group, misunderstood, or alone even when others are around. There can be pride in being different alongside a real longing for connection.
Grief does not need to be rushed or solved. We make room for loss without asking you to perform, protect others from it, or carry it alone.
Anxiety & Social Anxiety
Loneliness, Belonging & Black Sheep
When rest is difficult, the goalposts keep moving, or achievement has become too closely tied to self-worth. We also pay attention to the social and cultural pressures that shape those patterns.
LGBTQ+ Adults & Relationships
For people who have often felt outside the group, misunderstood, or alone even when others are around. There can be pride in being different alongside a real longing for connection.
Perfectionism, Burnout & Overwork
For familiar patterns of pursuing, withdrawing, overfunctioning, avoiding conflict, or losing track of your own needs while trying to anticipate someone else’s.
Attachment & Relationship Patterns
You don’t have to explain the basics here. We understand queer life as more than an identity label — including dating, the apps sex, family, community, belonging, culture, and queer/gay relationships.
